Data Deletion Request (My Account)

Use this page to request deletion of your account data and/or transaction records from the My Account app.

Typical processing: 7–15 business days Verification required We do not sell personal data

To protect users, we may ask for verification (for example, confirming the registered email/phone).

How to request deletion

In the app, open Profile → Account & data deletion, enter your current password, and submit the request. If you cannot sign in, email support with the details below.

অ্যাপে প্রোফাইল → অ্যাকাউন্ট ও তথ্য মুছে ফেলুন খুলে বর্তমান পাসওয়ার্ড দিয়ে অনুরোধ পাঠান। লগইন করতে না পারলে নিচের তথ্যসহ সাপোর্টে ইমেইল করুন।
