এই public guide section নতুন ব্যবহারকারীকে বোঝায় যে Amar Hishab-এর POS & Products page শুধু sale entry form নয়; এটি product selling, customer handling, memo generation, profit view এবং installment management-এর একটি complete workflow screen।
Group, category, account filter এবং product picker ব্যবহার করে দ্রুত পণ্য বা সেবা নির্বাচন করা যায়। Barcode বা serial scan দিয়েও item add করা যায়।
Selected item টেবিলে quantity, rate এবং মোট price দেখানো যায়। একাধিক item নিয়ে sale cart তৈরি করা যায়।
Customer type, customer name, mobile, payment method, date এবং note সেট করে structured sale entry করা যায়।
Sale save করে memo তৈরি করা যায়। পরে memo search dialog ব্যবহার করে invoice বা sale history পাওয়া যায়।
Product list modal, new product form, barcode, serial number, unit, sale price, purchase price ও stock information manage করা যায়।
Profit modal দিয়ে sales, cost, profit ও margin দেখা যায়। Installment plan modal দিয়ে total, discount, VAT, payable balance এবং schedule তৈরি করা যায়।

প্রথমে প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী group, খতিয়ান বা account filter ব্যবহার করুন যাতে সঠিক product বা sale context পাওয়া যায়।
Barcode/serial scan করুন অথবা product নির্বাচন modal থেকে item যোগ করুন। প্রয়োজনে নতুন product-ও তৈরি করুন।
Item table-এ quantity, rate, মোট amount, discount, VAT ও payable amount যাচাই করুন।
Customer type, customer name, mobile, payment method, date এবং note পূরণ করুন।
Sale save করুন এবং পরে memo list থেকে প্রয়োজনীয় invoice বা previous entry বের করুন।
প্রয়োজনে profit modal দিয়ে লাভ দেখুন এবং installment plan modal দিয়ে কিস্তির schedule তৈরি করুন।
